A great carved ivory cane, the elephant ivory handle is 6 cm high, 5,5 cm to the side and 5 cm wide. It depicts a nicely detailed composition of two hunter’s puppies with sulphur glass eyes, watching carefully its prey. There is a gilded collar with English hallmarks on top of a sound malacca shaft, it has a horn ferrule. The OL is 89 cm. The hair lines are very clear, as you see on the pictures but with any chips or cracks, the condition is excelent.

The silver crook handle is 10 cm high x 22 cm to the side x 2,5 cm thick, it depicts an elephant with ivory tusks and red glass eyes, it has tiny French silver marks. It is on top of a slender snakewood shaft with a bimetal ferrule. The O.L. is 89 cm, and without chips or cracks, only signs of usage, the condition is excellent.

This charming and tender couple have been for many years in a very important collection of a friend of me and apparently want to continue together. The Wolf is carved in one-piece of ebony, the head is 5cm high x 6 cm to the side x 3,5 wide. The shaft is carved with dots, there is a bimetal ferrule and the O.L is 93 cm, with no cracks or chips the condition is perfect.

The Sheep adorned with glass eyes, is 4,5 high x 4 cm to the side x 3 cm wide. It is wonderful carved in ebony and the snout carved in ivory, it is skillfully inserted in the ebony and it is on top of a slender ebony shaft with a 1 cm high silver collar and a metal ferrule, the O.L. 85 cm, without chips or cracks, the condition is perfect.

Sheep have been domesticated for probably 12000 years. Sheep are symbols of the simple goodness we bring to life when we have the desire and affection to do good for others and to be good ourselves. Such goodness is gentle and patient, just like sheep, but needs to be protected from attack by other selfish parts of our character that can easily destroy our desire to do good for others. This can be seen in the way a shepherd is able to bring a flock of sheep together to protect and guide it and rescue those ones that have gone astray. In the Bible flocks of sheep were often a sign of material wealth just as we can be spiritually rich if we bring together all sorts of good affections in our lives.

The crook handle is 9 cm high x 25 cm to the side x 3 cm wide. It is beautifully fashioned in the form of an American Indian with long earrings, a scarf and a head band with diamonds, oval stones and very long feathers. It is on top of a Rosewood shaft, there is a bimetal ferule. The O.L is 90 cm. Without chips or cracks, it has minimal traces of use and the condition is perfect.

Made for the European market, this unusual elephant ivory handle representing a perfect carved Sea Lion with its two puppets in an astonishing composition is 10 cm high and 4 cm at its widest, the ivory quality is supreme, with no hairlines. It has a 2 cm high silver collar, marked with initials B.H. It is on top of a sound Malacca shaft with a bimetal ferrule. The OL is 88 cm and without chips or cracks the condition is perfect.

This Extraordinary and delicate elephant ivory handle is 7,5 cm high, and 3.5 cm at its widest. It depicts an elaborated and well modeled composition of different fruits exquisitely linking together, collar and eyelets are carved in walnut, on top of a malacca shaft without tip, the O.L. is 88 cm. basket has a little chip at the upper edge (See pictures) hardly noticeable, the condition is excellent.

A splendid and translucent massive piece modeled in light green horn to imitate Bamboo. The width of the handle is 12 cm, and 13,5 cm high. Its construction involved heating, stretching and fussing of the massive horn in technology that is now long lost, this cane has been made in three segments, the detail of the buds is amazing, it has a bimetal ferrule. The O.L. is 90 cm, without any damage, the condition is perfect.

The cylindrical silver handle is 10,5 cm high and 3 cm diameter, it is embossed and decorated with scrolls and a dragon as symbol of status. In this Cane the shaft is the core, it is Rosewood decorated with minuscule mother pearl pieces depicting pendant blades and flowers, it is exquisite inlaid in a segment of 50 cm long, it has a metal ferule. The O.L. is 95 cm. Only a few of the blades are missing, it is hardly noticeable, the condition is excellent.  

The crutch handle is 8cm high and 9 cm at its widest. It is skillfully worked in the damascene style with two shadows of gold on a black steel base. It features above on the curve a mythical flying dragon amidst floral scrolls. On top of a slender ebony shaft, ends with a bimetal ferule. The O.L is 86 cm and the condition is excellent. It is a great example of fine metal work.

Attached to a yew wood shaft with a feminine leg as handle the elephant ivory representing a guitarist monkey playing on a roster and singing, is very well carved with a very funny expression, it is 6 cm high and 4 cm at widest, it has a metal ferrule. The OL is 86 cm. With any chips or cracks the condition is perfect.

This fascinating and seductive beauty showing her breaths is perfectly carved in elephant ivory, it measures 8 cm high and 4 cm to the side. She has Chinese eyes, and is wearing an elaborated headdress adorned with jewels and pearls inspired in the Empire fashion. There is a gilded collar, it is on top of a sound snake wood shaft finishing with a bimetal ferrule. The O.L. is 87 cm. With any chips or cracks the condition is perfect.

This elephant ivory unusual handle measures 5 cm high, and 3 cm at his widest. She is wearing Clothes from the antiquity and a headdress adorned with a diadem typical from that era, the carving is wonderful. There is a collar made with a silver woven thread, on top of a slender ebony shaft finishing with a bimetal ferrule. The O.L. is 89 cm with any chips or cracks or hairlines the condition is perfect.

This Belle Époque cane has a celluloid handle representing a nymph, it measures 6 cm high, and 4 cm at his widest. The nymph isinspired in the famous posters of Mucha, it has a Tortoiseshell collar on top of a Java Bamboo shaft, finishing with a bimetal ferrule. The O.L. is 87 cm and the condition is perfect.

The L handle is 9.5 cm long, 4.5 cm high and 3.5 cm thick. It depicts the well-carved head of an Jack Russell Terrier with glass eyes and the familiar brown and white coloration, it is very well jointed on top of a Malacca shaft without tip, the O.L. is 89 cm. It is probably English and the condition is very good.

The L handle is 6,5 cm high and 6 cm at widest and is made of a single piece of orange agate that has beautiful translucent depth and shading, its finial is sculpted as a stylized dog. There is a 2 cm engraved metal collar on top of a Japanese bamboo shaft with two ivory eyelets and a metal ferrule. The O.L. is 88 cm. No chips or cracks, the condition is perfect.
